Will it fit me?

The strap adjusts to fit most legs. Measure around your leg just below the kneecap. We will post the exact range here once our final measurements are confirmed. If it doesn't fit, we refund you.

Why not just wear a knee sleeve?

A sleeve squeezes your whole knee. StairStrap targets one spot below the kneecap, is thin enough to forget you're wearing it, and doesn't get hot and sweaty.

Will it fix bone-on-bone or a torn meniscus?

No strap fixes that, and we won't pretend it does. Many people with everyday knee pain on stairs and walks find it helps. If you have a serious injury, talk to your doctor.

Can I wear it all day?

Yes, as long as it isn't too tight. Loosen it if you feel tingling or soreness.

Why buy two?

Most people want one for each knee, or a spare for the car or gym bag. The Pair is 2 for $39.95, and you can mix colors.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 4 to 9 business days. You'll get tracking by email.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Email us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. And if the strap or closure wears out within 6 months, we send you a free replacement.
