Refund policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If StairStrap doesn't work for you, email support@stairstrap.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will refund your purchase in full to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.

6-month replacement. If a strap, pad or closure wears out within 6 months of delivery, email us a photo and we'll ship a free replacement.

Damaged or wrong item. Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost.
